 The Chairman of the National Referee council of the PHILIPPINE KARATEDO FEDERATION  no other than Shihan Ramon Franco concducted a referee training course at GSKA Dojo on Sept ember 12, 2009 .   The  training course is  part of the long range plan of the GSKA management to upgrade the capability of our tournament officials and uplift the quality of the tournament  by offering a free referee and judges training course  to all karate instructors who would like to join coming from the diferent places all over Mindanao .
This woould hopefully a yearly activity in relation to yearly karatedo tournament in General Santos City . The  GSKA officers and the rest of the karate enthusiast in Mindanao would like to extend our gratitude to Shihan Ramon Franco for conducting such training.
