Thousands of sports enthusiast, politicians, government officials, private individuals, who speak about unity, camaraderie, youth development, campaign against drug abuse, but seldom has the compassion for the welfare of our young athletes. They don't even understand what are the needs of our young athletes who dreams for the best they can be in the worlds of sports. They just speak about sports promotion among youth but they don't support for the materials to promote sports. They don't even care for us coaches and trainers who didicated time, money and efforts to train the youth, our young athletes... Sometimes we coaches and trainers spent our own resources to send our athletes in the competitions...
